UPDATE - The currently under construction luxury oceanfront condominium, Oceana Bal Harbour is moving right on schedule in it's construction plan of completion in January of 2017. Photo shown below was taken in mid-July 2015.

According to the developer - Consultatio, they are completing a new floor approximately every eight days, and expect to hit their half-way point, the 14th floor by August 31st.
