NHAR just released this report on Belknap County residential home sales versus the State of New Hampshire as a whole for 1998-2007. Both the state and Belknap County residential home prices have more than doubled over the ten year time period. Although the median home price dropped 3.2% in 2007 that is less than half the national average.
