So what makes a strong sellers market? For starts homes for sale are down 18 persent from this times last year. There are fewer homes for buyers to compare and choose from so competition is down.
Second there is 26 increase in homes in pending status. Homes are selling and seling fast. I would expect another peak for July and leveling late in August.
