I have told people at interviews for decades that we dont hire Employees here, we hire people with a Partner mindset.
Today is one of those days where my best laid plans have gone astray. Most of the day was to be centered around an office presentation that the team and I were to be doing for a large local office. Well, that changed as of late last night. (It was nice of them to call to reschedule tho.)
Well, it is on to plan “B” and when I get that done, it is off to plan “C”. When one owns their own business, there are ALWAYS things to do. I think that this is the difference between an entrepreneur and an employee. An entrepreneur will find something to do to generate income while an employee will do nothing and take the day off. I believe it is all in the mindset. Your thoughts?
