Hey Capt Chas, I think it is a great time to buy a home! Those in the luxurious position to be looking have the privilege of getting a great deal! Those who maxed out their equity and over mortgaged their homes are unfortunately on the losing end of this equation. Hopefully the people who got caught in this mortgage crisis can find there way clear and start over in a few years, with more knowledge, more wisdom and money!
