I am always thrilled when a new buyer or seller calls and one of the first things out of their mouth is that they have been following me on Facebook and want me to help them with their real estate needs. Those little marks of affirmation are a great sign my social media marketing is effective.
When the inquiries and requests for help start to slow down I know it is time to ramp things back up or tweak my approach. I suspect it is the same for many of you...work hard at your social media marketing, enjoy the fruits of your labor, while continuing to do the things necessary to keep the SM pipeline full of prospects, leads, and clients.
If you are not seeing results, it may be time to step back and re-evaluate the methodology you are using. Figuring this stuff out can be frustrating but you do not need to take a long walk off a short pier...just learning to tread water can really pay dividends!
Each week Rainers share tips in the Facebook Fridays Group that could help turn things around for your FB marketing. Come join us!
As always, PLEASE stop by the Facebook Fan Pages below, LIKE their page, and leave a comment. It is always nice to reciprocate, so if you are visited, please take a minute and return LIKE those that stopped by your Facebook Fan Page. Helping each other helps us all on social media...enjoy Rainers!
Happy Facebook Fridays, Rainers!
I have already implemented one of these tips and have another I plan to use in the near future. If the tip is easy to tackle and can potentially bring more exposure and biz my way, you can bet I perk up and take a long look at it. Do the same Rainers!
As always, feel free to share what works, fails, and is on the horizon for your FB fan page presence. The more we share about our Facebook walk, the more we can all learn and grow together.
As always, enjoy Rainers! ;-)
