Living in Colorado now for over 8 years, I was lost with which Realtor to recommend for a Florida friend in need. Eureka... I posted my first referral on AR the other day for an Agent in the Boca Raton, FL area to assist my friend interested in selling his home. Within 12 hours I received prompt, professional responses from over 20 helpful local Agents. Great job Joe, Trudy, Kim, Sandra, Jeanne, Maria, Marlene, Mark, Katerina, Peter, Rosanne, Brian, Peter, Jeanette, Winston, Nolan, Debra, K. Ann, Manny, Joe, Bea, Susan, Jennifer and cc Kelner. After your feedback, sadly it appears that he will need to either rent or be a possible candidate for a short sale. Thank you all for your help.
Wow...after speaking with many of you, it then hit me that after living in the Ft. Lauderdale area myself for 27 years, I began to reminisce about "do you remember?..." Thought that I'd share some memories with you and I look forward to hearing yours. After looking at the list, some should remain gone forever and others I really miss. Oh, and to you recent transplants, believe it or not some of these were before I 95 and the Sawgrass Expressway. This was fun to list...now, do you remember? How about some before '72?
