Diligence Creates Opportunity

“Diligence is the mother of good fortune, and idleness –

its opposite –never led to good intention’s goals .”

 Miguel de Cervantes, Writer

As I see it . . . . . . .

Diligence creates opportunity

Some people have it . . . . and some don’t.

It’s acquired over time . . . . and will make a big difference in your relationships . . . .  In your customer service . . . . and in the level of success that you achieve.

You can’t get it by reading a book . . . . or in hearing an audio program.

It comes from your heart . . . . and from your attitude of being of service to others.

Being diligence in your efforts . . . . leaves your positive footprints in the sands of time.

Having a reputation as being a diligent professional . . . . will help you in creating . . . . and maintaining a sphere of influence . . . . It will also allow you to develop a growing list of raving fans.

When you care about your customers . . . . and when you do what you do for them with diligence . . . . you will standout as a result of your actions.

Be willing to do a little more for your customers . . . . then they expect to do . . . . and do it consistently . . . . and people will seek you out.

Diligence is the key that opens doors . . . . and diligence creates opportunity.

Having a reputation as being a diligent professional . . . . will help you in creating . . . . and maintaining a sphere of influence . . . . It will also allow you to develop a growing list of raving fans.

Aloha Lou,

Diligence is the measure of your belief in yourself, it can be the difference between failure and being willing to fail over and over until you succeed. Mahalo for sharing Cervantes, he always feels like an old friend when I read his words.

a hui hou,

Lou Ludwig  makes sense. The word spreads like a wild fire - if one is diligent and that leads to another lead/transaction.

Looking For Homes With A Smile

Lou, Understanding two creatures of God helps us find success.  The first is the ANT.  While his detractors are caught up in laughter and ridicule, the ANT keeps busy moving things much larger than the ANT, mostly one piece at a time.  The ANT pays no attention to critical onlookers: only the task at hand.

The other creature God has provided to teach us about success is the HEN.  You see her doing nothing (so it may appear), but sitting.  Many misapply this trait, and become slothful; but the HEN HAS A PURPOSE: keeping her eggs warm until they are ready to hatch.  Quietly, she sits.  She is not running around clucking, but she is sitting & patiently waiting.  When the time is right, she will get busy clucking

Our delima is knowing when to sit quietly, and when to cluck.  The HEN knows the time to cluck is after the task is accomplished.

Meanwhile, the ANT sees nothing to cluck about, because his job is DOING, and neither sitting nor clucking.  Success requires us knowing what to do, when to do it, when to keep doing it, when to sit and wait, and finally knowing when to cluck.
