It has been a fantastic summer... after taking a 10 day break to Florida to see family at the start of June, I returned to ENC ( Eastern NC ) with a full schedule and alot of buyers and sellers transitioning over the summer months. It has been a whirlwind but everything has been running smoothly and my clients are happy.
