Thomas Lake Road Annual Labor Day Weekend Barbecue

The Thomas Lake Road Volunteer Fire Department will be having their annual Labor Day Weekend Barbecue on Sunday, September 6, 2015 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Tending to the meat!! As always, you will enjoy sliced brisket, chopped beef, sausage, and chicken -- served up with pinto beans, potato salad, dessert, and iced tea! Trust me! You will not go home from the Thomas Lake Road Annual Labor Day Weekend Barbecue hungry!

Big Al Will Entertain You at the Cake Auction! You’re more than welcome to dine in or take home. Most folks choose to dine in because of the cake auction that starts at 12:30. You never know what will be auctioned off along side those cakes. Some years we have had hand crafted wooden rockers, flip flops, candles, homemade candies... and more! Big Al is sure to entertain you with his quick wit and humor!

The price is right at just $9.00 for adults, $4.00 for children ages 6 to 10, and those under 6 eat FREE!!

From Hwy 19 in Riverside, take FM 980 East for 4 miles, take a LEFT on FM 3454 (also known as THOMAS LAKE ROAD) go about 2 miles and you will see the fire station on your RIGHT!
