I am not one to get all heart felt online, but I am a big teddy bear and one of my clients just wrote me a review that almost made me cry it was so sweet. This is why I love my job!
My first experience purchasing a house over 8 years ago was a disaster! My realtor was short with me, barely answered any of my questions, and wasn't there for me the second the deal was closed and he had collected his paycheck. Needless to say, I was very untrusting of ANY realtors when my wife and I decided to purchase a new family home. We did our research and asked our friends and family for referrals. Dale Frisch came highly recommended by our mortgage broker, so we decided to give him a shot (with all of our walls up of course). From the moment we met Dale, my perspective rapidly changed! He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. Early in the process we realized that Dale only had OUR best interests in mind. He gave us real, raw advice and didn't just tell us what he knew we wanted to hear. He even watched our 2 year old while we looked at houses! After he advised us that the houses we were "falling in love" with were not for us, Dale recommended one house in particular. Although we couldn't see it at first, he recommended the HOME of our dreams! The negotiations were quick and smooth (even at 1am) and Dale fought hard to get us the best deal, but still keeping us realistic. We've been in the house now for 4 months and we can't imagine being anywhere else! This house is now our home and wouldn't have came to be without Dale Frisch! He is a realtor, husband and father, but to us he is much more...he is a friend! Thanks Dale for all you do!
