Can I help it if I have been licensed since 1977 as a Real Estate agent and accumulated all this experience? I am at the stage in my life where I have to release it all and put it to good use. PILOT ERROR?

When it is PILOT error, which in this case is agent error, it can be very damaging in many ways. The biggest way would be that the transaction is not a do-over regardless of what happened and why. Experimenting at these levels is unwise. This is not a learning curve adventure. We are dealing in hundreds of thousands of dollars!  Re-read what I just said. Slowly. Read it again. Pause & reflect

HOPING THINGS TURN OUT?

Hoping for the best is not the best strategy either. Well meaning agents while lovable and capable have to perform unto a result. This is why we are coming together to begin with. In theory, followed by a responsible application, you should be either in or out of a transaction within so much allotted time

VERY FEW SURPRISES

The only surprises are the ones that we just don't know. How much will the property finally fetch? How long will it take? What will be necessary to insure the result? How to get started, market, field responses and set-up showings, sales and binding contracts will all be commanded in due time.

WHY I CAN

Mind you that if I was just recently licensed or lacked experience, I could not talk to you this way. It wouldn't be honest and forthright. Furthermore, if I was a family member, friend or neighbor and you wanted a Real Estate favor, I couldn't help you here either. I do business with calculated results

I CREATE VALUE

I do discount, make allowances, save money in places you never would think about and look to get you to where you want to go. I have found that getting what you pay for is really what everyone is looking for and not the cheapest way to go.  Remember, things have to be done right...THE FIRST TIME

I hate tooting my own horn. However, how would you know I exist if I didn't make some sort of noise or movement? That's why I said and will say again...LIST WITH ANYONE AS LONG AS YOU...talk with me to get to first base. After that, your chances of getting to second base increase.
