I'm set for the week!

Title Insurance with First American Title

Wordless Wednesday: I’m set for the week!

It’s Tuesday! I’m on my way through town for home and swing by the Renton Farmer’s Market. Everything looks so good today! Fresh veggies, fruits and flowers all look so wonderful this week.

Fresh crispy organic apples from Wenatchee, Washington. A really nice variety including Honeycrisp, MacIntosh, and Granny Smith.

Now these are real carrots! Organic, no pesticides, grown in dirt! Just like Grandpa’s garden.

Wonderful carrots from Yakima, Washington. Renton Farmer's Market.

A huge selection of fresh flowers today! I love this Gladiolus Stargazer. That pistil is huge!

A wonderful selection of wines from Wilridge Winery... I tasted a few reds' and really liked the Estate bottled Sangiovese. These are Eastern Washington wines from the Yakima Valley, Naches Heights area.

And... a great aside, street music by Keith! I was a little suspect when I saw the crab hat, but he was a good performer...

This is the way to grocery shop I'm thinking! AND I’m set for the week!

Love your pictures and selections.  We were just talking about being out of lettuce and avocadoes and stopping by the Farmers Market here (less than a block long) tomorrow...I love Washington apples, and the Sangiovese sounds delightful would go well with the pasta we have planned for this evening...

The crab is definitely an origina...I loved that.  A

Hi Rene - Forget the veggies - I'd be set for the week too if I could just see a guy wearing a crab hat and playing the guitar :)

Hi Stefan Winter ... I so agree! I had stir fry last night with those fresh carrots, bell peppers, garlic, and onions with chicken breast over wild brown rice! Oh, and a sip or two of that wine! :O) It was wonderful!

It all looks great, Rene.  Though, I could probably pass on the panhandler with the crab on his head.

We are still eating on last Saturday's purchases from the market. I tend to overbuy because it all looks so good. The summer and fall harvest not only feed my stomach they feed my soul.

I agree to almost a fault Debbie Reynolds ...  I too love the local markets and tend to buy more than I can consume in a week. Yet, as you say, they feed my soul!
