Rent vs Own: How to make the right choice for your future

Rents are going up and up and up! Why not buy and hold? Please read-on....

Los Angeles and surrounding counties are experiencing an apartment shortage. The supply is not really that low, we have enough multi-units to accommodate potential renters, but demand is unusually high due to unaffordable Southern California real estate prices for many would-be buyers, and landlords know they can command top market rates. What that means for renters is a sharply increasing rents throughout California region. Rents are pretty high in inner cities, but even so in prized neighborhoods from Santa Barbara to San Diego.

If you are still on the fence about home ownership, here are a few things that may help you decide:

• Did you always wanted to decorate and/or remodel your own home?
• You don’t have a yard for your best friend, but you both wished you did?
• How about be able to park and wash your car anywhere you want in your own driveway?
• You always wanted that Martha Stewart look in your kitchen, but you have no kitchen per say?

Well, I could go on and on....but the pride of owning your own home is life changing. It seems the more you wait, it only gets more and more expensive to own the American dream. If you think you have enough down-payment and a good steady job/income...now is a great time to make that change into home ownership, instead of making your landlord richer. If you have no clue where to begin, allow me to show the way. It's simpler then you think, but first you have to call me!

I'm available 24/7/365 to make your dream come through!
