National Root Beer Float Day!!! August 6. YUP, its that time of year National Root Beer Float Day, I remmber as a kid my family would run the the store and getthe root beer, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and CHERRIES.
It was the best treat of all think about it as a KID you got SODA and ICE CREAM all at the same time!!! It was rich creamy cold and amazing!!!

We don't really have rootbeer floats in Germany, I don't think I've ever had one to this day even after 15 year in the US. Perhaps today is a good day to try one!
