Second Quarter Dallas Home Sales were as strong as our abundant Spring storms.  Our diverse Dallas economy continues to attract new businesses and residents.  Take a look at the numbers below comparing  2015 Year to Date Second Quarter Sales to 2014 Second Quarter Sales.

EAST DALLAS

Year to Date Sales   1,258  -  Up 6% from 2014

Average Sales Price   $376,374  -  Up 15% from 2014

Average Days on the Market   33  -  Down 13% from 2014

Months of Inventory   1.5 Months  -  Down 24% from 2014

NORTH DALLAS

Year to Date Sales   366  -  Up 1% from 2014

Average Sales Price   $1,125,824  -  Up 8% from 2014

Average Days on the Market   55  -  Down 26% from 2014

Months of Inventory   4.0  -  Down 1% from 2014

FAR NORTH DALLAS

Year to Date Sales   617  -  Up 5% from 2014

Average Sales Price   $417,269  -  Up 2% from 2014

Average Days on the Market   34  -  Down 6% from 2014

Months of Inventory   1.6  -  Down 11% from 2014

NORTHEAST DALLAS

Year to Date Sales   387  -  Change 0%  from 2014

Average Sales Price   $348,295  -  Up 11% from 2014

Average Days on the Market   35  -  Change  0% from 2014

Months of Inventory   1.6  -  Down 9% from 2014

NORTHWEST DALLAS

Year to Date Sales   369  -  Down 4% from 2014

Average Sales Price   $317,520  -  Up 7% from 2014

Average Days on the Market   37  -  Down 12% from 2014

Months of Inventory   1.4  -  Down 19% from 2014

PARK CITIES

Year to Date Sales   362  -  Down 1% from 2014

Average Sales Price   $1,333,148  -  Up 1% from 2014
