Sadly, when it comes to looking at homes, buyers do initially judge a book by its cover! So why not give our sellers some easy, relatively low cost, DIY ideas to spruce up the outward appearance of their homes to make it warm and inviting?! Most of these fix it yourself ideas cost below $50 and there are all sorts of resources on the internet for sellers to research when it comes to this stuff. Not only that but they will have fun and when the process is complete they can take pride in what they have accomplished themselves. Check out the link for some awesome ideas! Happy House Hunting!

 Blake,

Great examples of transformations. Getting sellers to spend the money can be a challenge.

Hi Blake Randolph you are so right if the outside does look inviting that's half the battle! I did some "garden work" at some homes to make it look nicer when I take the pictures for the listings! lol
