Mojo Dialing Expireds No More! A report on the Expired Marketplace

I had the strangest experience this morning.  I was sitting at my small chess table typing away when suddenly a notification comes across the top of my screen saying my Mojo Dialing Purchase went through.  Normal stuff for a Realtor right?  Nope because "instantly" and I mean "as in that very moment" after I saw that email my telephone started ringing.

Chess Table and Phone

It was an 877 number and I admit I normally avoid those calls.  Usually it's someone selling something or a dialer or a person taking a poll.  This time it was a representative from Mojo calling me.  A sweet young woman called to tell me that they were not charging me for my "Expired Listing Service" anymore because they were no longer offering it with Metrolist.

WHOOOOAAAAAAT???  So let me get this right.  Nobody can get Expired Listings from Mojo anymore?  As in you don't offer the service?

"Yes" she answered.  "We no longer work with Metrolist".   She didn't want to get into it I could tell.  She was trying to simply get me to be ok with the information and not press for questions... At least that's how I felt.

I told her that Mojo service was more then just expired data and I appreciated the phone call and that I looked forward to the charge reversal.  We hung up and that was that.  Mojo and Expireds No More.  At least not with Metrolist.

It's interesting how so many service providers can change their features.
