Tina Maraj is an amazing real estate agent. I live in Maryland and needed to sell our condo in Hidden Lakes in Fullerton. From such a great distance, the seller is at a real disadvantage, not being able to do even a simple task such as walking through the home for a post-tenant-move-out inspection. I told Tina from the start that I was going to have to trust her to take care of every aspect of the sale, and furthermore I was going to rely on her judgment for important decisions such as what price the market will bare.

 

Tina did not disappoint, she came through like a champ. Her local market analysis and gentle nudging towards more realistic pricing maximized our returns while minimizing our time-on-market. When it came to getting the inspections and making repairs, she knew all the right people to talk to. And with her established relationships, she was able to keep things moving at a fast pace while holding our costs down to a minimum. She also came to the rescue, much like a lioness protecting her cubs, when a rogue contractor tried to pull a switch and bate on a repair fee.
