Retire in Denver? We're # 3!

Most people think of retiring and heading off to a warm climate somewhere south.  Well times have changed and Denver Metro are are # 3 according for the Center For A Secure Retirement.  There are so many reasons to make your retirement to begin in Parker even if you already live in the Denver Metro area.  Parker boasts amazing mountain views as it is far enough away from the front range to take in the views including the spetacular sunsets!  Parker has many new home builds with amenities you can really appreciate as you move into the next phase of your life.  Ranch homes with new applianes and low yard maintenance in some communities.  Parker is strategically located with easy access to the City on I-25 and quick access to the airport via C-470.  

 

So what is so appealing about Colorado?  The blue sky is never gone long and even with snow on the ground the four seasons are so appealing to many as it allows a varied climate.  Colorado is an outdoor community biking, walking, running, hiking, skiing, swimming, and any other activity you can think of keeps us moving.

I can see where retiring around Denver would be terrific, of course I'm in love with mountains.
