It appears the Antioch Housing Market remains very hot. PPSF is down slightly, but average price is up. This indicates that Antioch Home Buyers are going big and buying bigger homes that are a little cheaper on the SF basis.

The number of sales remains constant and there is less than a 2 month supply of Homes in Antioch. Average Days on market is about the same with homes moving fast. The Antioch Housing Market is very strong and will remain so for some time to come.
