Sharyl Silva is a Housing Finance Associate in the Lender Services & Outreach unit for the California Housing Finance Agency’s Single Family Lending Division.  She currently works with lenders, realtors, non-profit organizations, localities, private and public entities to network educate and promote affordable housing throughout the State of California.  Sharyl has worked in the residential real estate lending industry for 12 years.  She has worked for various mortgage lenders and has held positions in loan production, HMDA reporting, and community outreach.

Sharyl is dedicated to making the dream of home ownership a reality for California’s first-time-homebuyers.  Her primary focus is working closely with public and private affordable housing partners to leverage available resources to make the dream of homeownership come true.

Sharyl has participated at various housing events throughout her career as a speaker, panelist and a vendor to help promote affordable housing in California.
