Silverthorne Colorado, Summit Sky Ranch
The Summit Sky Ranch (historically known as Maryland Creek Ranch) is getting ready to release the first phase which will certainly be the least expensive opportunity to own in this exciting new development. The first offering will include 47 properties; 16 cabins, 25 homes, and 6 homesites that will begin delivery in summer 2016.
The cabins will be detached single family homes clustered a bit closer together but with at least 30 feet between neighbors. The homes will be on individual lots of between .25 and .6 acre. And the homesites will vary in size. The cabin pricing is expected to start at $595,000 and the homes at $795,000. Here are the initial details that the developer presented to me today.

-472 square foot - 1 bed, 1 bath casita add-on available for selected properties.
All homes and cabins are semi-custom. The developer is working with Craine Architecture and Brett Barrett (formerly of Myriam Enterprises in Breckenridge) to design and build timeless mountain modern luxury homes for Sky Ranch in the style of the notorious Lake Tahoe development Martis Camp. New homeowners will be able to select finishes, have input in floor plans and possibly add features like a 3 car garage, or other unique design features.
As information and details become available in the coming weeks the developer will send this to everyone who has a submitted letter of interest. Then everyone will be given time to review the information and interested parties will be able to make selections and go to contract based on their priority ranking.
