If You're Going To Update Your Customers, Really Update Them!
If you farm and send out market updates, imagine how much more powerful those updates will be if you follow this very informative format!
If you're going to update your customers, really update them!
A couple days ago I received an email from a past investor customer, turned close friend, who has now purchased 4 homes with my help in the past few years. He is always clicking around and checking out homes from various websites etc. When he sees a particularly well done marketing email (from the various agents who get back to him) he will forward it along to me for the fun of it. Some of them are really great stuff and other times not quite great but still well done.
The email in question was updating him on the boom in residential and commercial construction in Orlando of late. There are cranes everywhere you look as you drive down I-4 right now. That's great news for our community as a whole and it is a sign of a growing and healthy economy. For that, I thought the email was well done. It was a general quick email with some general updates. Not bad but not great. I personally think it could have been better if it had been fine tuned to include something that benefits the customer more directly. So I decided to give him a real update about what's going on around his own properties.
I thought it would be fun to just let you guys read my email in response. Here it is:
I have to admit it's a pretty well done email. It's spot on, the entire area is starting to really scream again, but if you want a real update that matters to you and your homes...
I'm especially excited about the new fire house coming right here to our very own village 7 in Poinciana. We (Poinciana village 7) were approved for a federal grant and the station is supposed to be operational in the next 60 days (according to the artivle I read in the paper). This will likely cut our homeowner insurance premium in half and that's a win baby! They are just now opening a Dollar General and a Family Dollar stores in village 7 as well. There are widespread rumors of a Neighborhood Walmart going up and a WaWa Gas Station/Super Store as well (not confirmed yet). I believe we now have 4 different builders who are either already selling new inventory homes again in village 7 (Adams Homes) or are in the process of building model homes and sales centers for their village 7 new home sales. The prices on everything are coming up steadily and I suspect we are both going to be very happy about where we bought our homes in the coming years.
P.S. This is why I'm your agent!
Have a fun day guys. Don't be afraid to go and take what you want from this life. Oh...and that is just a pretty picture for the fun of it. :)
