The sale of a property I was representing in La Vista closed and the buyer was represented by Horace Bethea.
It takes more than comprehensive marketing and and outstanding service to sell a home. It also requires a competent agent on the other side of the sale. Horace did a great job. If it were not for good agents like Horace, I wouldn't be able to sell over 50 homes a year.
He made this a smooth transaction and I hope we can do business again in the future.
