2.   5105 Kawaihau Rd, Kapaa. This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath CPR house with a shared septic system. MLS#279984. Reduced to $284,900. Owned by Freddie Mac. Sold CASH $249,900 7/15/2015.

A couple of my new REO assignments include 4929 Wailapa Road, Kilauea, 3424-A Poipu Rd, Koloa and 2688-a Onu Place #A, Kalaheo. Both the Wailapa Road property & The Koloa property were assigned to me while still in the foreclosure process and not in the Banks name yet. I am trying to be more diligent about letting the Bank know that we shouldn't market the properties before the title has transferred. But a couple of my escrows now, this is the case. The bank enters into contract before the foreclosure deed has recorded. This often delays closing and is the reason some properties are showing up as still in escrow.
