They are making great progress on the Seagrove town house condos in Carlsbad Village in Carlsbad,CA, as you can see from these photos I snapped while out running errands in the Village yesterday.
They have not announced the prices for thes new Carlsbad Village town house condos at Seagrove but I would expect soon, given the progress they are making.
The new town home condos at Seagrove will offer 4 floor plans, ranging in size from 815 SF to 2324 SF, with either 2 or 3 floors.
Other notable features include 2 car garages with private roof decks above 3 floors of living space to enjoy the views (note that the 2-bedroom 2-story model does not have a roof deck nor a balcony and has a 1-car garage).
What's really cool is you are about .3 miles (I measured, by car) to the heart of Carlsbad Village on State Street with all the shopping and dining you could want, with the Carlsbad beaches just a few blocks away.
