This weekend, Frontiers of Flight Museum, remembers an important day in world history: the 70th Anniversary of the end of World War II. Spirit of '45 Weekend will celebrate the anniversary with activities for the entire family. Saturday events begin at 10:00 AM and continue throughout the day. Food Trucks will be on hand for cold drinks, and delicious food.
Frontiers of Flight Museum encourages guests to bring photos of their WWII heroes. My dad's photo will be one of the photos added to the Wall of Honor. He was 19 years old when he served as a Navy Pilot in WWII.

A global wreath laying will take place on Sunday, at over 1,000 locations around the world, to pay tribute to those who paid the ultimate sacrifice during WWII.
