Looking to purchase in Seal Beach, Ca.

I am looking to purchase a property in Orange County Ca.  I would love it if one of my many Active Rain friends knows of something that might work for me.  Huntington Beach, Las Alamitos, Rossmoor, Fountain Valley, Costa Mesa, etc.    I am in a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange and need help. I live in  Fresno so not there to look everyday.   Prefer to stay under $500,000 but open to examine all properties that might fit my needs.    Thanks so much for any help you can provide.   Carole Jacoby
