Viera is home to a new lifestyle center called The Avenues within a beautiful master planned community that is home to around 20,000 residents. Rockledge is the oldest municipality in Brevard County, founded shore side of  the Indian River Lagoon on August 7, 1887 and is now home to over 25,000 residents. Suntree is another planned community housing around 20,000 residents and is the eastside neighbor to Viera.
