Landlords keep raising rents here in Panama City Area. It is hard to find a 3 bedroom home for under $1300/mo here.. Just 18 months agon they were easy to find at under $1000. 
Do you realize that you can own a $180,000 house for under $1100/ mo on FHA 3.5% down. I also have banks that have 1st time buyers programs with 0% down. If you have at least a 580 credit score call me or write me and I will help nyou buy your own home. 1st time buyer just means you havent owned a home in the last 3 years..
