It's been a hard few months. Not because there were not many buyers, the opposite is true! It's because there has been a shortage of lots on which to build. For those of you in other parts of the country, Madison county , Ms. Is in such a demand due to low taxes, extremely low crime and a very highly rated public school system. Without a doubt, it is the fastest growing area in the state. The problem is that the developers could not keep up with the demand.
Now, I the very near future, I will have waterfront homes, golf course front homes, gated community homes. All of these with all of the amenities that buyers expect and more! In addition, I will have 15 homes in the $250k to $300k range that many buyers are looking for. They will have the quality and amenities of the larger homes, they are just not as large (1950 to 2350 sq ft heated ). In short, whatever someone's needs and budget is, I will be able to work with them to fill their new home dream.
