The Old Colorado City First Friday Art Walk is a free monthly community event from April to December, where local galleries and businesses stay open a little later to feature artist from the region.
Several of the participating businesses offer small nibbles and refreshments for little to no cost and many other non art related shops and restaurants happily welcome patrons with specials and sales. For a list of favorite local happy hours and eats in the area, check out my previous Old Colorado City Happy Hour post here.
The art walk takes place the first Friday of every month and runs from 5:00 to 8:00pm. Below is a list of official participating galleries (with links) between 23rd St. and 27th St, however keep your eyes open when strolling West Colorado Avenue for unexpected joiners.
