MARKET REPORTS & ANALYSIS
- July Housing Starts were 1.206M as expected.
- Building Permits were a bit of a dissapointment but the SFR portion of that number was up 12%, so the drop was in mulitfamily
- Prices are a bit lower this yesterday and higher this morning.
- August NAHB Home Builders Sentiment rose to 61 which matched market expectations. Not a major market mover but it is a robust reading considering anything above 50 is positive.
