Happy Ryan Home Owners in Northern Virgina share their experience in building their Dream Home.

Ryan Homes Elizabeth Model -Patty Blackwelder Buyer Specialist 703-801-9367

If you read some posts on Ryan Homes on the Internet you may feel  hesitant to move forward buying a new home. You may have walked through the models and are now doing your research and have found this post among others.

You have paused thinking maybe they are too good to be true.

I am a Top Producing Realtor working in Northern Virginia mainly in Prince Williams and Fairfax County and would like to share my experience with Ryan Homes in the hopes that it will give you the confidence to buy your dream homes. I have been  both  an insider, a homeowner and now general brokerage agent so I have a very broad perspective on the company.

As an on-site agent for Ryan Homes and  NVR over 5 years of my 27 years real estate career I personally sold over 225+ homes to buyers for Ryan and NVR and I have never  had an unhappy home buyer  in all these years. Now as a general brokerage agent with EXIT Realty Associates  I  feel completely comfortable talking with my past buyers that own Ryan and NV Homes because I know they are very happy. I have had many repeat buyers of Ryan and NV Homes because the builder does such a great job for their customers.

Let me share with you an experience I just had  where a buyer of mine who wrote a blog  about their Ryan Home Experience.

My buyers  had read the reviews online before buying and were worried was Ryan Homes the right builder for them. They loved the community and floor plans and I assured them  my experience and used my experience as a past employee and homeowner  to alleviate their concerns. As their buyer agent would  walk them through the entire process to make sure they had a great experience.  I am happy to say we did their final walk-through and settlement last week and they were thrilled with their home. Read their blog here http://elizabethattheshores.blogspot.com

In their  blog, they  not only talk about their experience but also share  links to another blog for a buyer in the same community of  Potomac Shores. You will see that both bloggers learned that everything you read on the Internet is not true and are so happy with the purchase of their Ryan Homes.

If you are thinking of buying a new home, I encourage you to call me and talk about your options. As I shared with these folks the information online does not represent the reality of Ryan Homes in Northern Virginia. I can tell you from working as a sales representative for years for NVR/Ryan Homes that they are an exceptional company that holds all their employees to the highest standard of customer satisfaction. Customer Service and building a home that you will be proud to call home is their company mission.

If you have questions about buying a new home, how the process works I would be happy to speak with you.  As a New Home Buyer Specialist, I can tell you it all starts with a conversation. I have new home buyers I can put you in touch with who have settled, have just purchased or who are in the build process right now who would be happy to share their experiences with you.  If you are renting, moving into the area or have a home you are ready to sell and to make your next move I am here to help. No matter what your situation I can save you Time, Money, and Stress when you work with me as your buyer agent.

I don’t live in Potomac Shores, but have owned three Ryan Homes and we are just now purchasing a fourth. Overall, we have been very pleased with all of the homes and have never had a problem with Ryan Homes fixing anything during the building process or the warranty period. Furthermore, we recently decided that we would rather be in a different community than where we had contracted to live. We wrote them an email and asked for our deposit to be returned to us, as we would prefer to live in their other community, that was further along. Long story short, they refunded our deposit of $5,000.00, even though it was long past the cancellation period and they had no assurance that we would actually buy in the other neighborhood, when the next phase became available. I, too, have read many horrible reviews of Ryan Homes, but quite simply, that has never been our experience.
