Brentwood East of I-65 continued to sell well in July with 72 homes closing.  Averaging just over a month at 68 days on market shows this hot part of town is not slowing down.  With homes ranging in price from $345,000 to over $3 million, Brentwood East of I-65 offers gracious and beautiful living in a large price range.  And at over 4,000 square feet per home on average, you get plenty of house for the money.
