New superintendent of Plainview-Elgin-Millville School!
The PEM School Board announceed that Gary Kuphal has accepted the position as the new superintendent of Plainview-Elgin-Millville School.  Gary Kuphal is currently the Superintendent at Southland and Leroy-Ostrander Schools. He graduated from Minnesota State University with a B.S.-Teaching Degree, Western Washington State University with a M.Ed. in School Counseling and Minnesota State University with a Sixth Year Certificate.
