No Winston, unfortunately it didn't, but the good news is it did appraise.  Whew....I was sweating that one.  These sellers were under water and chose to bring money to the closing rather than to try to trick the system and do a short sale.  I am excited they are able to make this move.  It didn't do a lot for my pocket book after it was all said and done, but I certainly feel great that I helped them get top dollar for the home and they can now move on to the next chapter in their lives.
