My grandsons, daughter and son in law came to Oahu, Hawaii to visit us this past May. Our time spent with them (they live in California now) was priceless and of course with my 3 yr. old (soon to be 4 next month!) grandson running to meet me (almost fell down he was going full speed ahead!) at the airport was a sight in itself!
We also had the chance to stay in the beautiful Turtle Bay-Kuilima West. My good friend owns one of the townhouses and we had a ball over their last weekend on Oahu!
We had a unit that had a master bedroom, full bath and a loft style bedroom with another full bath on the second floor. Everything in this unit was FULLY FURNISHED and FULLY STOCKED with anything and everything you could think of. The only things that we had to bring were personal items, clothing and food. FULL kitchen, bicycles, use of tennis courts and pools, boogie boards, blow up water rings..you name it, it was there.

It just so happened that I had a transaction going on down the road at “Ocean Villas @ Turtle Bay” at the same time and that closed the next couple weeks at $799.000 and it was a great foreclosure STEPS AWAY FROM THE BEACH! Another studio is on the market for 1.1 million!
Needless to say, the Kuilima West townhouses are a lot of investment property but there are some owners (we were smack next to the golf course) and the Ocean Villas has one owner occupant!
