Waverly South Beach is hot. The Miami Beach condo on Biscayne Bay has seen two $1 million-plus sales in recent months, including the coveted Penthouse 5, which went for $1.12 million. The sales confirm that Waverly South Beach — and all of South Beach in general — are continuing to enjoy strong interest from investors.

The development of the western side of the island in particular is turning heads in recent years. The addition of hot restaurants and clubs, like Bodega (which is both!), and lifestyle necessities like Whole Foods, yoga studios and Panther Coffee have turned attention momentarily away from the beaches and clubs on the east and toward an exciting new west.
