The unit at Park Brook are located at 2-A Jeanette Street in Danbury,CT and Lakewood is located at 136 Pembroke Road. I would consider them sister complexes, as they were built by the same local developer and are located about 1.5 miles apart.
There are a couple of differences. Park Brook is a smaller complex on a smaller site. Lakewood is a larger community and there are some units that have a detached garage which some units have. Aside from that, the floor plans are virtually identical and there is a same variety of styles, but there a couple of varieties at Park Brook. There are ranch and two story units, ranging from 1-3 bedrooms.
Both are peaceful settings, yet convenient to I-84 and the NY State line. Local shopping, dining
and schools are nearby. Mature landscaping, a neighborhood pool and playground complete the communities. Units are serviced by electric heat (typical for the era of construction), wall unit AC, city water and sewer.
