Mistakes Are the Tolls
“What to do with a mistake – recognize it, admit it,
learn from it, forget it.”
Dean Smith, basketball coach
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Mistakes are the tolls
A mistake can be a learning experience that can contributes to your long term success . . . . Or it can become a weight on your shoulders that pulls you down. Whatever you do with a mistakes becomes your choice.
Indentify your mistakes . . . . and what caused them to occur. Determine what happen . . . . and why they happened. Do the best you can to correct the mistake. Move pass the mistake and find a way not to repeat the mistake in the future.
You can admit to your mistakes . . . . and grow from them . . . . Or you can be in a state of denial . . . . and be destined to repeat them.
You can carry them around to the point of exhaustion . . . . Or you can move on put them behind you . . . and forget them.
Mistakes are the tolls . . . . you pay on your success journey. Pay them once . . . . and use them a learning experience. Move pass them . . . . and move on.
