FT Sales Specialist (Anchorage)

Primary Objectives:
Cultivate relationships to convert inbound leads to appointments
Manage the sales database through the sales cycle
Consult with real estate agents to ensure the highest level of service for the real estate transaction from initial contact through the listing agreements.

Job Expectations:
Practice, memorize, and internalize scripts at least 2 to 4 hours per week
Work a pre-planned 40 hour week to achieve team goals and expectations
Prospect for new clients on a daily basis
Make 100 - 150 contacts per week calling on various lead sources
Conduct 10 - 20 hours of lead follow-up per week
Manage 50 + NEW leads each week and work through existing leads to convert into 8 - 10+ buying or listing appointments weekly
Manage contact database system
Attend training and establish daily role-play partners
Track weekly goals and progress. Measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks
Key Skills: :
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional telephone skills - ability to sell and close appointments over the phone and
willingness to spend the majority of the workday on the phone
Ability to learn and internalize scripts and dialogues
