The new owners were looking to purchase their first home when they contacted Phoenix Realtor® Nancy Laswick.
They explained that they needed a home that would have a room for fitness equipment and a sewing room.
The home needed to be halfway between his workplace and hers in a quiet North Phoenix neighborhood.
Since they were renting, the sooner they could find the perfect home for them the better, hopefully within the next month.
Nancy went right to work. The first thing she did was refer them to two local mortgage brokers. Both of these brokers are honest, hard working professionals who have a long track record of helping first time home buyers purchase the home that’s just right for them.

Once they were pre-qualified the next step was to begin the process of sorting through the homes that show up each day on their automatically updated web site and decide whether or not to visit them in person.
Within a few days they toured a home that fit their needs and decided to make an offer. Unfortunately that home had several problems that were uncovered during the home inspection and they decided to withdraw the offer.
Another home came up on their web site that seemed a perfect fit. It was in the location they needed and after a visit to the property they made an offer. This time the home inspection went well and after some negotiations a sale price was agreed upon.
The appraisal came back 3% higher that the sale price giving these first time home buyers equity in their new home the day they took possession.
The new owners are thrilled with their new home and justifiably so, they got a great deal on just the right home in the most competitive price range, ($175,000 - $200,000) in Phoenix.
