The 12th Annual Carlsbad Music Festival 2015
is Coming Soon to Carlsbad Village
One of the most popular musical events in our local area, the Annual Carlsbad Music Festival, will be held next weekend August 28, 29 and 30 near the beach in Carlsbad Village.
This popular 3-day festival of “adventurous music by the beach” will no doubt be a crowd-pleaser again this year.
Carlsbad has a long and varied reputation as a center for the arts, with multiple arts and crafts fairs and festivals, ArtSplash, the city-owned Cannon Art Gallery, the TGIF Concerts in the Parks series in the summer, the Museum of Making Music (Chico Pinheiro just made a wonderful appearance August 20th!), and so much more.
The Carlsbad Music Festival has won critical acclaim over the years for the caliber and innovation of past performers, and given the round-up this year we can expect the same (sadly I’ll be in San Francisco and will miss the festival this year!). There are 3 ticketed main stage concerts as well as 60+ free concerts during the festival at 12 venues in the Village – here’s the current festival schedule with a map of all the venues.
