Invest your time and money in training to give you an even bigger business.
Success does not come from doing the right things all the time....it comes from just keeping doing it. We always fail more than we succeed. Big businesses have just failed more often.
The 10 mistakes real estate agents ( and any other business)make from Gary Keller.
1. They think they have a job and and don't think like a business person(have an annual business plan).
2. Don't think big enough and have the end in mind(aim your life bigger)
3. Don't build a business around a great database...and communicate with it regularly.
4. Don't make lead generation 2-4 hours a day
5. Don't focus on their "one thing" 80% of the time.
6. Don't stick to a plan. Stop chasing the latest shiny object and make peace with the boredom that mastery entails
7. They don't master the art of hiring. I have 350 people in my organization, so finding great talent is a big job for me. Build a bench, hire a coach and be a coach.
8. They don't manage their money. Use your Profit/Loss statement to make all decisions. The financials if your company tell a story of your people.
9. Be a contrarian, play to your strengths only, be a market disrupters.
10. Create and tie a charity to your business.
