Brookfield is a beautiful neighborhood of single family homes that is conveniently located in NW Gainesville, and west of I-75 on NW 23rd Avenue. It's not uncommon to see neighborhood kids playing the community park area of this neighborhood. There is a playground and community Pool. Brookfield is walking distance to Fort Clarke Middle School and Hidden Oak Elementary. Convenient location with easy access to I-75 via NW 39th Avenue exit. Closest shopping is the SpringHill Area.
What's the Neighborhood Like?
The homes you would expect to find for sale in the Brookfield Neighborhood are generally going to range between 1500 and 2800 square feet. Most of the homes were originally in early 2000's.
