… are there any more communities coming after Echelon at Ocotillo?  She replied… nope, after that, we’re out of here.  We had a quick chuckle and then we both realized that Echelon at Ocotillo, along with Villa del Lago and Siena, are truly the last chances to buy an affordable new home luxury in Ocotillo.

This is really important because VERY RARELY do first time home buyers or new home buyers in general get the opportunity to purchase and own a new model or new build home in a special area like Ocotillo.

Let’s continue our stroll through Ocotillo.  If you were to go down about a mile west on Ocotillo towards Dobson you would eventually find yourself at Villa del Lago (on the left hand side) while also passing the Ocotillo Golf Resort (which would of been on your right) AND right across the street is Intel (yes the computer company).

If you were to keep going and make a -right turn- on Dobson Rd. and go about a mile you will find yourself at the Siena construction site where 77 luxury townhomes are being built.

Let’s say you kept going a little further past Siena towards Queen Creek Rd, on your left you will find a Fresh & Easy and on your right some great restaurants to choose from.

If you made a right hand turn on Queen Creek and went all the way down to Alma School (about a mile), you would find yourself about 1 mile away from Echelon (where you started) AND near a Sprouts Farmers Market, Albertsons, and some fine dining and specialty shopping stores.

Now if you make your ‘right turn’ at Alma School Rd. you are going towards Ocotillo again, as you are just approaching Ocotillo you will find on your right a ‘Safeway Grocery Store’ and now you are also back at Alma School and Ocotillo Rd. (the location of Echelon).
