Hillcrest is one of the most vibrant villages in San Diego. Known for the fact that you can walk everywhere, this community is home to all things eclectic. It houses many different types of people from young singles to senior citizens and everything in between. A center of Metro San Diego, this community draws residents from North Park, Normal Heights, and South Park.
Hillcrest is located just north of Balboa Park and is popular with those who like to run and walk in this magnificent San Diego icon. Very much a community of pedestrians, you will see people on foot instead of driving their cars.
