If you are like me, you sometimes see a school bus and you immediately forget the rules. Do I have to stop? Can I proceed? What am I supposed to do in this situation?

Since school is back in session, you better know the rules. Here is a little picture to help you out.

School Bus

The middle one is the one that always makes me question myself. As you are out and about traveling through South Lake County this school year. Watch out for school buses. Watch out for the kids. Help keep them and yourself safe.

If you are looking to buy or sell a home in Lake County Florida this school year, I would love to assist you. Feel free to call me at 321-231-4141 or email me at johnnysellslake@gmail.com. Or if you would like to view homes for sale in the Clermont, Minneola, Groveland, Mascotte, Montverde, Howey In The Hills, Astatula, Yalaha, Leesburg or Tavares area, feel free to search on my website at www.davissignaturerealty.com.
